To register for the 2011 VIEP Conference, please print and complete the registration form below then mail along with your payment to the address provided. We will record your registration and provide you with a confirmation as soon as possible. Be sure to include an email address in the form for us to send you your confirmation.

Registration fees:
After February 28th 2011: $150.00 per person
ADD $25.00 if you wish to stay in Group Lodging.
Photos:
They will be taken throughout the conference and we ask that conference participants sign the attached photo release form and submit to the registration desk on arrival. If you have any concerns regarding the taking of photographs, please see the registration desk on arrival.
